Pay Rate: $70,000 / Year DOE

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounts receivable
• Enter weekly payments
• Prepare quarterly and year-end financial statements
• Collaborate with external auditors
• Ensure smooth payroll processing with ADP
• Manage bill payments
• Process invoices

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience
• High school diploma
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online
• Experience with Word and Excel
