• Lead audit and assurance engagements for privately held companies across multiple industries. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Identify accounting, auditing, and internal control issues and communicate recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate engagement workflow, timelines, and staff assignments.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Research technical accounting and audit matters as needed.
• Mentor and develop junior staff members throughout engagements.

• 3+ years of public accounting audit experience.
• CPA or CPA‑track preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Experience with audit software and engagement management tools preferred.
