Vaco is partnering with a rapidly growing retail organization seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team near Tucker, GA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a manual, high-volume AP environment and brings strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Process a high volume of invoices (500+ invoices) with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform manual invoice entry and ensure proper coding and approvals
- Review invoices critically to identify discrepancies or errors
- Manage ACH payments and online banking transactions
- Support month-end close activities related to Accounts Payable
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams in both English and Spanish
- Maintain organized AP records and documentation
- 4-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience - REQUIRED
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) - REQUIRED
- Experience working in a manual processing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review invoices critically
- Experience processing ACH payments and online banking transactions
- Proven success in high-volume AP environments
