• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Oversee financial reporting and general ledger integrity
• Manage the year-end audit and serve as a key liaison with external auditors
• Research and document technical accounting matters (US GAAP)
• Maintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and related processes
• Partner cross-functionally across the business
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies

• Bachelor’s in Accounting
• CPA
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong technical accounting and US GAAP expertise
• Leadership experience
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (Workday or similar) a plus
