Billing Support Specialist

We are seeking a Billing Specialist who will prepare invoices using internal programs, input electronic invoices in various customer-provided systems, ensure adherence to processes and internal controls, complete agreed upon reports and ad-hoc reporting requests, participate in the monthly revenue accrual process, maintain relationships with customers, and ensure timely payment of invoices. This individual must be able to compile data and reports, prioritize work by importance, and communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

• Prepare and process various types of invoices using internal and external applications
• Process and track Credit Memos, ensuring proper authorization
• Process Request for Invoices (RFI)
• Maintain customer invoicing hotline phone line
• Assist finance team with monthly accruals and internal audits

• Minimum of two (2) years of related experience
• Basic to intermediate computer skills in Excel and related software
• Team oriented, confidential, flexible, friendly, and self-motivated
• Ability to work and communicate with all levels of employees and management via email, telephone, or in person
• Ability to learn processes, procedures, and software independently and quickly
