We’re partnering with a professional services firm to add a Financial Accountant to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across accounting, cash management, and financial reporting, while collaborating with leadership on key business initiatives.
What you’ll do- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Review general ledger activity and ensure accuracy against budgets
- Support audit and tax processes as the main point of contact
- Monitor cash flow and complete bank reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, monthly reporting, and financial analysis
- Provide backup support to AP and payroll as needed
- 5–8 years of accounting experience
- Professional services experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills;
Deltek experience is a plus - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communicator and team player
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
