- Ensureproperentryandcodingintothefinancialsystem

- Processemployeeexpensereportsusingthestandardprocedures
- Abilitytohandlecomplexcodingofinvoices:billable,non-billable,multi-locations
- Investigateandresolveissuesassociatedwithinvoiceprocessing
- Handlevendorcorrespondenceviaphoneoremail
- Workwithvendorstoresolvepast-due invoices,creditsandsimilarmatters
- File,maintainanddistributeaccountingrecordsandreports
- Preparebatchcheckruns

Education and Experience
- Minimumof2-4years’APexperience,legalindustrypreferredbutnotrequired

- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
- Microsoft Office,Excelknowledgeaplus
