Accountant, Accounting Assistant

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level Accountant to join our team in Atlanta.

• Maintain and update financial records including accounts payable, receivable, expense reports, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide support for special projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Previous internship or 1 year of experience in accounting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
