* Key Responsibilities:

*** Assist with new vendor account set up in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documentation
* Serve as point of contact for vendor inquiries and respond in a timely, professional manner
* Perform vendor account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
* Maintain and update vendors master data, ensuring proper controls and data integrity
* Work with Art Partners to verify vendor information and resolve issues
* Assist with Fixed Asset Tagging
* Support Fixed Asset inventory tracking
* Support month-end close activities related to vendor accounts and asset tracking
* Assist with audit preparation by providing vendor and fixed asset documentation
* Crosstrain in cash management functions, including cash receipts and reconciliation processes
* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)
* Basic understanding of accounting principles
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting or ERP systems preferred
* Strong communication skills for handling vendor interactions
