About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to support core accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to a smooth month‑end close process.
What you’ll do- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
- Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation
- Analyze variances and explain results to leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls
- Support and collaborate with junior accounting staff as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- [3–6+] years of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills and ERP experience
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently
