Senior Accounting Analyst
Our client is a small‑mid sized, high‑growth company seeking a high‑performing Senior Accounting Analyst to support core financial operations and contribute to data‑driven decision‑making in a fast‑paced, compliance‑focused environment.
Responsibilities- Lead critical components of the monthly and quarterly close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
- Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Maintain general ledger integrity in alignment with applicable accounting standards.
- Partner on financial reporting packages and assist with audit readiness and execution.
- Support internal controls and regulatory compliance initiatives across operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required.
- 2‑4 years of experience, with prior Big 4 audit experience required.
- Exposure to manufacturing or similar operational environments / clients is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and drive for continuous growth.
