We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced organization where you'll gain exposure to financial reporting, treasury management, acquisitions, and multi-entity accounting while helping support the continued growth of the business.
What You'll Be Doing- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Manage bank reconciliations and support cash management activities
- Assist with financial reporting across multiple business units
- Support acquisition integrations and special accounting projects
- Participate in inventory accounting and reconciliation processes
- Help ensure compliance with accounting policies and GAAP standards
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification
- Experience with Net Suite, Service Titan, or similar ERP systems
- Multi-entity accounting experience
- Experience in a high-growth or private equity-backed environment
