We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our client's high-performing team. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of responsibilities, sharpen your technical skills, and help build scalable processes in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and other month-end adjustments
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support leadership
• Perform bank reconciliations and help monitor cash flow
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support both internal and external audits with timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Help identify and implement process improvements as the business scales

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 0–2 years of accounting experience (internships and public accounting experience a plus)
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
• Organized, curious, and eager to learn
• Team player with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills
