Job Details Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ASC 842, SEC, and other relevant standards.

Utilize Workiva and Workday systems for efficient and accurate financial reporting.

Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the team, ensuring all financial transactions are executed and documented in accordance with company policies.

Lead the accounting team in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Work closely with the legal team to manage financial risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Liaise with external auditors and manage internal audits.

Stay updated with industry trends, developments, and changes in laws or regulations that may impact the company's accounting practices.

Provide insights into the financial implications of strategic decisions and operations within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and pharmacy sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA certification is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical accounting role.

In-depth knowledge of ASC 842, SEC regulations, and other relevant accounting standards.

Proven experience with Workiva and Workday systems.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

High level of integrity and professionalism.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
