Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: $85-$95k (DOE)
Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days remote

Execu Source is seeking a Senior Assurance Associate to join our clients Audit team in Atlanta. Serving clients across industries including manufacturing, real estate, construction, technology, transportation, private equity, and professional services.

• Lead and perform audits, reviews, and compilations, including benefit plan audits.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and disclosures.
• Test and document internal controls.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Associates and Interns.
• Manage engagement budgets and timelines while delivering excellent client service.
• Support consulting projects and identify process improvements.
• Continue technical development through CPE and training.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA-eligible preferred.
• 2-4 years of public accounting audit experience (industry experience in transportation, manufacturing, or construction a plus).
• Strong Excel and audit software skills (CCH Pro System fx, IDEA preferred).
• Proven ability to manage engagements and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated, client-focused, and willing to travel as needed.
