Financial Reporting Manager

• Prepare the SEC filings, including the 10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K, Proxy, and S‑8s.
• Perform accounting for equity transactions, stock‑based compensation arrangements, debt transactions, investment transactions, acquisition and divestiture transactions, annual impairment and ad‑hoc testing of goodwill.
• Assist with month‑end close and prepare information to support budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain support for all publicly filed financial statements and disclosures.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Public accounting experience
• CPA
• Publicly traded company experience (either within public accounting or industry)
• Strong SEC experience and exposure
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Naturally driven
