• Facilitate the payment workflow by coordinating approvals and preparing disbursements according to established timelines.
• Support receivables and invoicing activities to promote accurate billing and consistent cash application processes.
• Reconcile accounts regularly, investigate variances, and help ensure financial information remains reliable.
• Record and monitor daily accounting activity using Quick Books Online and other financial tools.
• Contribute to a structured, deadline-driven environment by maintaining organization, consistency, and strong attention to detail.
