Payroll Specialist (Commercial Construction)

Title:

Payroll Assistant (Commercial Construction Operations)

• Payroll Processing
• Certified Payroll Reporting
• CCIP Payroll Reporting
• Assisting the HR Director with new hire onboarding and orientations
• Year-End Processing (W-2/1099) – Reviewing only
• Time Tracking Management
• Weekly Payroll Tax Payments
• Accounts Payable duties related to Per Diem and Allowances for employees

• Must be bilingual
  - Spanish/English
• Minimum 3+ years payroll admin experience in a construction setting (ideally with a general or subcontractor)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize to-dos, and maintain an organized office environment
• Proficiency in ensuring accuracy in documentation, financial transactions, and other administrative tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, clients, and vendors effectively
