** JOB SUMMARY
** UHY Consulting is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta. This role will lead and deliver finance transformation initiatives for clients across multiple industries, with a focus on shared services, close optimization, and core accounting processes.  The ideal candidate brings strong consulting experience, deep finance expertise, and a passion for improving how finance organizations operate.#

** JOB DESCRIPTION
**** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution
* Assess current-state finance and accounting operations and identify improvement opportunities
* Design and implement shared services models and operating structures
* Drive month-end close optimization initiatives, including process redesign and automation
* Improve core accounting processes, controls, and reporting capabilities
* Partner with client stakeholders (CFOs, Controllers, Finance Leaders) to align transformation initiatives with business goals
* Manage project teams, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality client outcomes
* Support business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations
* Mentor and develop junior team members
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
* 5–10+ years (Manager) or 10–15+ years (Senior Manager) of relevant experience
* Prior consulting experience strongly preferred
* Deep expertise in:  + Finance and Accounting Operations  + Shared services design and implementation  + Month-end close and record-to-report processes
* Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar a plus)
* Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
* Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
