Staff Accountant

Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000
Location: West Atlanta, GA
Work Model: Fully onsite

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Prepare journal entries and record daily cash transactions

• Perform monthly general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations

• Assist with month-end close, financial statements, and reporting

• Support treasury activities, cash reporting, and cash flow forecasting

• Assist with fixed asset, lease accounting, and audit preparation

• Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc financial analysis

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• 1–5 years of accounting experience in a staff or similar role

• Working knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles

• ERP system experience (Great Plains a plus)

• Intermediate Excel skills
