- Reconciling accounts payable records with the general ledger to ensure accuracy while identifying and resolving any discrepancies
- Work with vendors and industry partners to resolve billing discrepancies, assist with compliance, and provide payment status inquiries
- Reviewing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring they comply with company policies and are properly documented.
- Work on a variety of miscellaneous issues delegated by Accounting team
- Develop and maintain positive relations with the Accounting team and Project Managers
- Processing weekly payment runs
- High School Diploma required
- 0-2 years of accounting experience
- Must possess effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Must be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work with and build relationships with a wide variety of people
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of Viewpoint, Keystyle, and AVID is a plus
