Controller, Accounting, Financial Reporting

Growing, private equity-backed organization in Buckhead is seeking a Controller to join its leadership team. This role offers significant exposure to both accounting and finance, including operational analysis, KPI reporting, forecasting, strategic planning, and acquisition-related initiatives.

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Oversee general accounting, internal controls, and compliance activities
• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis
• Develop financial models and performance reporting for management and investors
• Support M&A activity, integration efforts, and acquisition analysis
• Drive process improvements and help scale the finance function during a period of growth

• CPA or CPA candidate with portions of the exam completed
• Big 4 or other top public accounting audit experience required
• Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and business analysis
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
