We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join our payroll team. This role will be responsible for processing large-volume payrolls, ensuring payroll compliance, and supporting both U.S. and Canadian payroll operations.
Responsibilities- Process bi-weekly and/or weekly payroll for 5,000–8,000+ employees accurately and on time.
- Manage and support Canadian payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure adherence to payroll policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Review and validate payroll data, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefit contributions.
- 3–5+ years of payroll processing experience in a high-volume environment.
- Proven experience processing payroll for 5,000+ employees.
- Canadian payroll processing experience is required.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, regulations, and best practices.
- Knowledge of payroll tax laws and tax compliance requirements.
