• Partner with the Controller to support accounting operations and departmental priorities as the Accounting Manager
• Prepare and review journal entries and financial statements for accuracy and compliance as an Accounting Manager
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across accounting functions as the Accounting Manager
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities and ensure audit readiness in the Accounting Manager role
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and strengthen controls as an Accounting Manager
• Provide leadership and oversight for the Internal Auditor while collaborating across finance teams as the Accounting Manager
• Analyze accounting processes and recommend operational enhancements as the Accounting Manager
• Support strategic projects and special initiatives that align with Accounting Manager objectives and organizational goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred) for the Accounting Manager
• Active CPA license or on CPA track preferred for the Accounting Manager
• 5–7 years of accounting experience, including public accounting audit experience required for the Accounting Manager
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls essential for the Accounting Manager
• Advanced financial analysis and accounting systems experience needed for the Accounting Manager
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office expected of the Accounting Manager
• Strong communication and leadership skills preferred for the Accounting Manager
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment as an Accounting Manager
