The role directs month-end close processes, statutory reporting, and cross-functional compliance efforts, providing leadership with reliable data to scale operations safely.

• Manage the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements under US GAAP
• Design, implement, and maintain rigorous SOX internal controls and financial workflows to mitigate operational and regulatory risks
• Partner with external auditors during annual audits and quarterly reviews, managing deliverables and resolving technical accounting positions
• Supervise general ledger accounting, revenue recognition, accounts payable, and payroll functions
• Optimize ERP systems and financial tooling to automate manual workflows and improve reporting accuracy
• Prepare technical accounting memos and financial reports for executive leadership and board review

• 5-8 years of accounting experience in public accounting or a high-growth technology environment
• Active CPA license required with deep technical knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and SEC reporting standards
• Advanced proficiency with major ERP systems (Net Suite, Workday) and complex financial spreadsheets
• Demonstrated track record of managing month-end close processes and leading cross-functional audit engagements
