What You'll Do
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Generate financial reports for attorneys and office leadership
- Analyze accounting data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Research and resolve financial issues independently
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and cross-functional accounting teams
- Assist with month-end close and special accounting projects
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Professional services or legal industry experience preferred
Key Details
- Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 annually
