Highly successful and growing Technology Services company based in Atlanta, GA is looking for an Accounting Specialist, Accounts Payables & Receivables. (Work-Life Balance)

Immediate need for the position in Midtown Atlanta, GA due to growth.

Responsibilities include:

• AP invoices, pairing and mailing AP checks
• Contacting clients regarding past due invoices (collections)
• Updating/maintaining current client contacts
• Sending invoices to clients and data maintenance.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving and organizational skills

The job can also include the following if possible:

• Entering AP and Expenses information into Quick Books
• Communicating with clients regarding past due balances via phone and email
• Assisting in month-end / quarter-end close processes
• Entering/Coding company credit card charges into Quickbooks
• Updating and maintaining current client contacts on excel spreadsheets

Qualifications include:

• Experience with AR collections
• AR & AP experience
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and remain organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn, adaptable and enthusiastic
• Working knowledge of Excel & Quick Books Enterprise is a plus
• A degree is not required
• The position is not designed to be an advancement track
