We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant to support accounting operations across multiple entities within a dynamic commercial real estate company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, growth-minded, and experienced in Quick Books Online and CAM reconciliations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and expanding real estate team.

Manage day-to-day accounting functions across multiple entities

Oversee financial reporting and monthly closings

Perform CAM reconciliations for industrial property tenants

Collaborate with the brokerage and construction divisions to consolidate financials

Maintain and optimize Quick Books Online systems

Assist leadership in improving accounting workflows and processes

3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or multi-entity environments

Proficiency in Quick Books Online CAM reconciliation experience preferred

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Eagerness to learn and continuously improve
