Position Overview:

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee and improve AP operations, ensure compliance with internal policies, and manage daily cash activity. This role includes supervising accounting staff, managing vendor payments and corporate credit cards, supporting month-end close, and implementing process automation. The ideal candidate will bring energy, leadership, and a collaborative mindset to support continuous improvement across financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise AP staff and manage daily operations Oversee vendor payments, credit card reconciliations, and cash forecasting Partner with leadership on cash positioning and financial strategy Lead month-end close tasks and financial reporting Drive automation and enhance financial systems Foster cross-functional collaboration and develop team capabilities
