Senior Accountant - Hybrid
Assist Controller and CFO with accounting and analysis including monthly spend, budgets, A/R reporting, inventory, and cashflow analysis
Process and review accounting transactions to include banking, prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, payroll, and other miscellaneous journal entries
Review trial balance during close process
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts
Support external audits, including remediation of audit findings
Primary back up to Accounts Payable, Cash Posting, and A/R support functions
Identify and drive process improvements, including documentation of processes and creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboard
Requirements:
3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
Public accounting experience highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required, Master's degree preferred
CPA or CPA track preferred
Excellent skills in Excel required
