Job Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Atlanta, GA (Southeast Atlanta) | Hybrid (1 day/week remote after 6 mos.)

• Review, analyze, and audit general ledger (GL) accounts for accuracy and completeness
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, prepare journal entries, and perform account reconciliations
• Maintain supporting documentation to ensure internal control compliance and assist with audits
• Identify variance trends, recommend corrective actions, and optimize financial reporting

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience:
  
  2–5 years in core accounting or financial reporting
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a major plus!)
• Core Competencies:
  
  Proven expertise in month-end closes, GL entries, audit preparation, and process improvement
• Soft Skills:
  
  Sharp analytical capability, meticulous attention to detail, and top-tier communication skills
