Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting and financial management for the property portfolio
- Provide guidance and support to property managers on all accounting-related matters
- Ensure accurate accounting treatment of operating expenses and other property costs
- Direct and review general ledger coding and allocation of payroll in coordination with accounts payable staff
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain overall financial integrity of the portfolio
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in multi-family property accounting
- Strong expertise in balance sheet reconciliation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
