Accounting Manager

Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client an Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations, oversee the month-end close, manage a small accounting team, and partner closely with senior finance leadership. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into an Accounting Manager position and allow you to be a part of process improvements and change management.

• Manage the monthly close process
• Directly supervise Staff Accountants
• Oversee the balance sheet reconciliation process
• Help to strengthen accounting systems, controls, and financial processes
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements
• Coordinate with auditors, government agencies, and tax advisors
• Assist senior finance leadership with accounting, reporting, and other strategic projects

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Big 4 or large public accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Active CPA required
• Large ERP experience required
