Our client, a nationally recognized consulting, tax, accounting, audit, and advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Tax Principal to join its expanding Tax Services practice.

The OpportunityAs a Tax Principal, you'll serve as both a technical leader and trusted business advisor while overseeing complex client engagements and helping guide the future direction of the tax practice.
You'll work directly with business owners, executives, boards, investors, and organizational leaders while providing sophisticated tax planning, consulting, compliance oversight, and strategic business guidance.

Qualifications Required- CPA, EA, or equivalent professional designation
- 8+ years of public accounting, consulting, or tax leadership experience
- Strong tax planning and compliance experience
- Experience serving business clients and ownership groups
- Exceptional communication and relationship-management skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- 10+ years of progressive tax experience
- Experience with pass-through entities, partnerships, and S-Corporations
- Experience with Form 990s and exempt organizations
- Multi-state tax experience
- Industry expertise in healthcare, financial institutions, manufacturing, real estate, or professional services
