The Big Picture:

We are seeking a high-energy, technically sharp Accounting Manager who is a true "builder and do-er." This is not a hands-off, purely supervisory role; you will be deeply involved in the daily execution of accounting functions while simultaneously helping us implement and optimize Net Suite.

  • Process Building:

Evaluate legacy, fragmented accounting workflows across our brands and design streamlined, scalable processes fit for a transforming business.
  • Retail & QSR Financial Controls:

Ensureaccuraterevenue recognition from POS systems, manage inventory accounting (including waste and cost of goods sold across locations), and implement strict internal controls.
  • Audit Readiness:

Build clean, auditable schedules and act as the main point of contact for external auditors during year-end reviews.
  • Team Development:
Lead, mentor, and work side-by-side with a lean accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a retail, restaurant, hospitality, franchise, or other multi-unit consumer business.
