About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Vice President of Accounting to lead our technical accounting function supporting the Director. This is a critical leadership position responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting in compliance and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of technical accounting and financial reporting
• Evaluate complex accounting issues, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Oversee the implementation of new accounting policies and procedures
• Act as the primary contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration from an accounting perspective
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategy
• Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including technical accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing accounting teams
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Prior public accounting or Big 4 experience is a strong advantage
