We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bilingual (English/Korean) Finance & Accounting Specialist / Assistant Manager to oversee financial closing, cost accounting, and general ledger operations for our client, a leading global EV battery core materials manufacturer based in Commerce, GA
.

This role is ideal for a bilingual accounting professional with strong expertise in Journal Entries, Cost Accounting, Tax Accounting, and Financial Closing processes within a manufacturing environment.

• Financial Closing & Tax Operations:
  Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings. Assist with tax accounting compliance and schedule preparations.
• Journal Entries & General Ledger (GL):
  Prepare, review, and post journal entries. Conduct account reconciliations, GL maintenance, and ensure precise recording of all financial transactions.
• Trial Balance (TB) & Variance Analysis:
  Review, verify, and reconcile Trial Balance accounts; investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Cost Accounting & Analysis:
  Monitor manufacturing cost structures, conduct product/inventory cost analysis, and support variance explanations.
• AP / AR & Internal Control:
  Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management to maintain smooth cash flow and compliance.
• Audit & Compliance Support:
  Prepare financial statements, schedules, and supporting documentation for external audits and internal compliance standards.
• Bilingual Cross-Functional Communication:
  Coordinate and facilitate communication between headquarters and local operations in both Korean and English.

• Language (Required):
  Fluency in both English and Korean is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Experience:
  
  3–5 years of hands‑on experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Proven experience in Journal Entries, General Ledger (GL), and Financial Closing (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual).
• Hands‑on background in Cost Accounting and inventory/manufacturing cost flows.
• Practical knowledge of Tax Accounting principles and compliance support.
• Proficient in Trial Balance (TB) account verification and variance analysis.

  Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Prior experience in a Manufacturing industry setup.
