We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role owns general ledger accounting, record-to-report (RTR) processes, and cost accounting, while also playing a key part in an upcoming ERP integration. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, lean environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats - from day-to-day close activities to process improvement and systems work.

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data across all accounts
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
• Prepare P&L flux analysis, identifying and communicating variances to relevant team members.
• Partner with Corporate Controller and other stakeholders to ensure reported financials are accurate, timely, and audit-ready
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries

• Maintain standard costs, analyze cost variances, and support inventory valuation processes
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to monitor and report on manufacturing or product costs
• Identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for margin improvement

• Serve as a key finance stakeholder in ERP implementation/integration projects, including data migration, testing, and process design
• Document and build scalable accounting processes and controls that translate well into the new system
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT/finance systems teams to ensure clean, accurate data flow

• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate close, reporting, and reconciliation processes
• Help build and document scalable accounting policies and procedures as the company grows
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed

• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including public accounting and/or industry experience
• Prior experience at a start-up, small business, or lean finance team, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounting functions simultaneously
• Solid working knowledge of GAAP, with hands-on general ledger, RTR, and cost accounting experience
• Direct experience participating in an ERP implementation, integration, or migration (e.g., Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with large data sets
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders
