Accounting Specialist – BUILD Leadership Program

Participate in Acuity Inc.'s two-year rotational BUILD Leadership Program
Rotate to a different functional area every six months
Develop business acumen, functional expertise, and professional skills through hands‑on experience
Rotate across Finance and Accounting areas including Corporate Finance, Corporate Accounting, ABL Finance, ABL Accounting, Cost Accounting, AIS Finance, AIS Accounting, Tax, Investor Relations, Treasury, Shared Services, Audit, and Corporate Development
Collaborate with program peers on business processes and initiatives
Participate in mentorship, social and networking events, specialized onboarding, and leadership report‑out meetings
Contribute to business, professional, and technical development for future career opportunities at Acuity

• Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Arts in Finance or Accounting or a related field is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Availability to travel based on business needs
• Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes is highly preferred
• Team-oriented with a drive to take the initiative is highly preferred
• Less than two years of related work experience is highly preferred
• Candidates may begin employment on January 11, 2027 or July 12, 2027
