Accounting & Finance Consultant

Bridgepoint Consulting is a leading management consulting firm that helps companies navigate every stage of the business lifecycle, from startup through IPO readiness. We provide finance, technology, and risk/compliance services that help clients grow, scale, and operate with confidence.

We’re looking for Consultants to join our growing Financial Operations practice in Atlanta. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to clients, supporting a wide range of interim and project-based accounting and financial management needs.

• Partner closely with clients to provide financial management and accounting support with a high standard of professionalism and client service.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, bankers, private equity partners, legal advisors, tax advisors, and investors.
• Help clients execute growth strategies, support critical initiatives, and implement process improvements that strengthen finance and accounting operations.
• Lead and optimize accounting functions to improve scalability, efficiency, and business performance.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience managing an accounting department
• Proven success developing and improving accounting and finance functions to support company growth
• Experience maintaining and implementing effective internal controls
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functions
• Interest in consulting-style work and delivering exceptional client service
• Willingness to travel within your local market, with occasional support in national markets

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA license or MBA
• Experience at a Big Four or other nationally recognized accounting firm
• Industry experience in emerging growth, technology, or SaaS companies
• Additional oversight experience across IT, HR, or Operations

Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000
