Senior Manager, Pass- Taxation

Role Overview: This position involves providing tax compliance and advisory services for pass-through entities and partnerships, primarily serving Asset Management clients. As a key team member, you will oversee client portfolios, act as the main contact, manage tax professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality tax solutions. Senior Managers will additionally manage engagement risks, financial performance, and assist in business development efforts to grow the practice.

Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have a minimum of five years (Senior Manager: eight years) of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience, a bachelor’s degree, and relevant professional credentials (CPA, JD/LLM, EA, etc.). Prior experience managing client engagements and mentoring staff is required. Participants must demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and familiarity with industry standards.
