Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and roll-forward schedules.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes and consolidated financial reporting.
• Assist with accounting for acquisitions, divestitures, reserves, treasury activity, and borrowings.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
• Support internal and external audit requests and maintain compliance with reconciliation policies.

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience required.
• CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with AI-enabled accounting tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude preferred.
