Assurance Associate Position Summary. As an Assurance Associate, you will support the delivery of Assurance services by executing assigned work, applying established methods, and producing accurate and timely results with appropriate guidance. Your work will contribute directly to the effectiveness of the team and the quality of the services or support provided to stakeholders. Through hands‑on client experience, structured learning, coaching, and feedback, you’ll build greater independence and strengthen the technical, technology, communication, and client service skills needed to advance your career.

You’ll work with colleagues across the firm, gain exposure to a range of clients, and contribute to a collaborative environment that values curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Support audit and assurance engagements while developing an understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, financial reporting processes, and assurance needs.
• Perform audit procedures, including gathering and analyzing financial information, substantive testing and control testing.
• Prepare clear work papers documenting procedures, evidence, results, and conclusions in accordance with firm methodologies and professional standards.
• Use firm‑approved audit, data analysis, workflow, and collaboration technologies to complete assigned work.
