A fast-growing company is looking for a hands‑on Controller to lead accounting operations, build a strong team, and bring structure as the business scales.
What:You’ll own the accounting function from start to finish. That means timely, accurate financials and mentoring a high‑performing team. This is a true roll‑up‑your‑sleeves leadership role.

Compensation & Benefits:- Base Salary:
Up to $200,000 - Bonus:
Up to 20% - 3 Weeks PTO

- Lead all accounting operations, including month‑end close, financial reporting, and analysis
- Deliver timely, accurate financial statements in line with GAAP
- Supervise, train, mentor, and develop the accounting team
- Improve processes and build accounting workflows that scale
- Own and optimize theERP
- Set up and maintain strong internal controls
- Partner with leadership to support business decisions
- Oversee eCommerce accounting, including revenue recognition, inventory, and reconciliation of payment and marketplace data
- A proven Controller, or a strong Accounting Manager ready to step up
- eCommerce, retail, or consumer products experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a growing, mid‑sized company
- Hands‑on experience with Sage Intacct
- A strong leadership and team development mindset
- Able to work both strategically and tactically
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
