The role leads monthly close, annual budgeting, and oversees two direct reports, focusing on inventory accounting, standard cost maintenance, and GL reconciliations.
The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in cost accounting within manufacturing, strong Excel, and experience with standard cost environments, AS400 and Power Bi a plus, plus MBA/CPA CMA preferred.
