LHH is seeking a few temporary Contract Receptionists to support daily front-office operations in Atlanta, GA. These roles serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and play an important part in maintaining an organized, welcoming workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet clients and visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail
  • Restock paper and basic supplies in office copiers
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including:
  • Washing dishes as needed
  • Wiping down counters and returning items to cabinets
  • Provide light administrative support as assigned
Qualifications
  • Business professional demeanor and appearance
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Prior receptionist or office support experience preferred
