Position Description
The Member Experience Coordinator plays a critical role in constructing the environment (both live and virtual) for the ultimate member experience orting to the Member Experience Manager, this position is responsible for organizing, planning and execution of logistics for in person and virtual gatherings. This position requires 1-2 trips per year.
The ideal individual will have a strong passion for world-class quality and attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Management of the team storage room
- Responsible for tracking summit supply needs and coordinating with member services team
- Organize the materials that are packed for each summit
- Order summit materials
- Keep an inventory system of summit materials
- Help pack and unpack pelican cases before and after each gathering
- Responsible for organizing name tags
- Pack materials for virtual experiences
- Support World 50 Concierge
- Answer concierge emails within 48 hours
- Continually update gift guide website
- Develop and grow the strategy for World 50 concierge
- Maintain World 50 as a vendor, attend shows at the Mart and place bulk orders
- Order holiday gifts for World 50 vendors
- Assist with World 50 Gatherings
- Attends all necessary meetings
- Assist in managing event related collateral (e.g., welcome card, menu, maps, etc.)
- Travel to a summit, and assist with onsite logistics
- Highly organized, creative, and attentive to detail; able to manage, prioritize and bring to completion multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility to accommodate different situations and temperaments
- Demonstrate poise and grace under pressure
- Ability to present self to C-level executives with confidence and professionalism
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities
- Persistence, resourcefulness, drive, and ability to work proactively and independently
- Superior quality and service standard
- Excellent communications skills, both interpersonal and written
- Solid computer and analytical skills
- Four-year degree in Hospitality, Communications or related field
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in events logistics
