Seasonal Data Entry — Administrative Support

Start Date: March 2

Pay: $15/hour

Job Type: Seasonal / Temporary (Tax Season)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM Shifts Available: Full-time and Part-time Location: On-site

This is a seasonal data entry role supporting tax processing during tax season.

The assignment is expected to run through tax season and is not a long-term or permanent position
. We will begin contacting qualified candidates on Friday, February 6.

• Is comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused tasks
• Can meet daily typing and accuracy goals

• Enter information from tax forms into a computer system
• Work from scanned images of forms
• Follow clear steps to enter or reject forms
• Track your daily work totals
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Handle confidential information with care

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of office or clerical experience
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute with good accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to focus and type for most of the workday

• Full-time and part-time shifts available
• All work hours fall between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Monday through Friday only
• No nights or weekends

• This role involves confidential tax information
• A background check is required
• A State of Georgia tax records check is required
• Education will be verified before starting
