** About the Role
** We’re looking for an organized, energetic Learning & Development Coordinator to support the execution of our training, onboarding, and learning events. This role ensures L&D initiatives run smoothly by managing logistics, scheduling, tracking, and follow-through, while proactively identifying risks or gaps. You’ll partner closely with the L&D Lead to support programs, onboarding, and events across the organization.

** Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent follow-through Strong communication and collaboration skills
** Preferred Qualifications
** Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Education, or a related field.

Previous experience in administrative, coordination, or project support roles is a plus.
