We're looking for a modern Executive Assistant who embraces AI and automation to elevate executive operations, company culture, and internal coordination. This is not a traditional calendar-only role. We want someone who uses AI tools to streamline processes, improve communication, and enhance how we operate — from meeting prep to company events. You'll serve as a trusted partner to leadership while designing smarter systems behind the scenes.
WhatYou'll Do Executive Support, Reimagined
- Own and optimize executive calendars using AI-driven scheduling tools
- Prepare concise AI-assisted meeting briefs and follow-ups
- Draft communications and summaries to improve clarity and speed
- Plan and execute internal events with structured, tech-enabled workflows
- Use AI tools to generate themes, content, engagement ideas, and post-event insights
- Support initiatives that reinforce company values and team engagement
- Build simple automations to reduce repetitive manual work
- Create documentation systems and knowledge hubs
- Improve cross-team coordination and internal communication flow
- 3-7+ years in Executive Assistant or executive support roles
- Active user of AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, workflow systems)
- Highly organized with strong judgment and discretion
- Clear communicator with strong writing skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
